Meet Your Personal Transformation Coach - Natalie

Despite her youthful appearance (she’s actually in her early 40’s! 🤫) Natalie is a mum of 4 which certainly keeps her on her toes. She is also peri-menopausal so has (for better or worse!!) first hand experience of pretty much all the symptoms that come with that.

She has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years and, after discovering a love for training, decided her passion is helping other women. Natalie trained and qualified as a fitness instructor, then personal training, and completed her pre & post-natal coaching 5 years ago.

Natalie has helped over a thousand women in their 40's, 50's and 60's transform their health and fitness at our West Bridgford studio and via online coaching.

She loves helping and motivating women by showing them how strong they can be and believes no goal is too small or too big to aim for.

What do the training programmes look like?

Each training programme is designed specifically for you so each one is different. When you have your Transformation Blueprint call with Natalie, after securing your place on the Free 28 days, you'll go over your goals, what exercises you like, what you don't like, where you would like to train etc. Then Natalie will be able to design an exercise programme that you will enjoy and will suit you. Generally though we like to include strength training into your routine to avoid the risk of, and reverse if needed, osteoporosis plus boost your metabolism. Note that doesn't mean you have to train at a gym (though you can if you want to), it's perfectly possible to build a really good programme that you can do at home with no equipment.

How long will I need to spend exercising each week?

If you train at home you'll only need to exercise for 15 minutes 3 times a week. If you are going to train at a gym then we would need you to train 2 times a week for 30 minutes or so.

Will I really get results without exercising more?

100%. One of the biggest mistakes women starting to experience menopause make is exercising MORE. This is actually counter productive, and increases your cortisol levels resulting in wanting to eat more, increased risk of injury and breaking down valuable muscle which means your metabolism drops. All of the results you have seen on this page were achieved by either training 2 x week in a gym or 3 x 15 minute workouts at home.

How long does my Coach spend with me?

After you complete the sign up process your Personal Transformation Coach (Natalie!) will schedule a 20 minute phone call with you. During that call she will go over your goals, timescales, what exercise you like doing (and what you don't!), get a handle on your exercise and dieting history etc. Basically, get to know you and what you want to achieve so she can design your exercise and nutrition programme appropriately.

After your call you will have a one to one catch up with Natalie each week which will be for 15 minutes. This can either by phone or you can use the messaging feature on our app. Whichever suits you best. By doing this Natalie will be able to make alterations to your programme as you progress to make sure you don't stagnate.

You'll also be in our Thrive Club whatsapp group where Natalie will be on hand to answer questions and will do a once a week 'Ask Me Anything' session.

So in short you'll be fully supported throughout your time with us.

What happens after my free 28 days finishes?

When your free 28 days finishes you have 2 options. You can either go on your way having achieved some great results and go it alone with the knowledge you've gained. Or you can, of course, continue working with us to complete the rest of the Reset, Reshape & Thrive programme. Around 70% of people choose to do that.

If you chose to do so we would offer you a significant discount by way of a thank you for helping us test the Reset Phase of the programme. This would reduce the price from £499 to just £194 (a saving of £305) for 12 weeks which you can pay in full or arrange a payment plan of 3 x £65. That's just £16/week which represents amazing value for money and is only available to women who took the time to help us test Phase 1.

When can I start?

As soon as you complete your application we can book you in for your Transformation Blueprint call with Natalie. Then your programme will officially start following that call so you can maximise your time with us.
